I worked 30+years doing a safe well paying job.  I lost touch with my creative side. Listened to all those people that said “ Keep your day job. It provides financial stability, structure and insurance.”  What they didn’t say is it can suck the life right out of you.  It is exhausting to do something you don’t love.  Creativity takes courage.  I am working daily on fortifying that courage and developing my skills. “Chasing the tail of a dragon kind of dream.”
